SOPHIE Cunningham dealt with a brutal transportation issue that forced her to walk in high heels to her Indiana Fever game on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old shared that her car broke down on her way to Fever’s Gainbridge Fieldhouse venue for the basketball game.

Cunningham has been a key contributor for the Fever with the injured Caitlin Clark out.
She finished with 16 points during Indiana’s August 9 win over the Chicago Sky and posted 18 against her former team, the Phoenix Mercury, two days earlier.
However, Cunningham suffered an unfortunate non-basketball-related dilemma before Tuesday’s game against the Dallas Wings.
The ESPNW TikTok account posted a clip of Cunningham arriving before the contest.
She was rocking an all-navy outfit paired with high heels.
But Cunningham revealed that she had to walk to the game because her car stopped working.
“I walked here today. My car broke down,” she told the camera person while making her entrance.
After a person jokingly claimed that she was lying, Cunningham laughed and said, “I’m actually not lying at all.”
She then made her way to where the Fever players pose with their pregame attire in the tunnel.
“Just sweating a bit, but it’s fine,” Cunningham said.
WNBA fans reacted to the video on social media.
“Someone get this girl a car endorsement,” one joked.
“I hope you didn’t have to walk far,” another commented.
“That sucks,” a third said.

Cunningham even reacted to the clip, writing on X, “I need a car [laughing emoji] the dogs were barkin!”
The pregame issue seemingly didn’t stop Cunningham from performing.
She finished with 14 points on 5-of-10 shooting, along with two rebounds, three assists in 35 minutes.
However, the Fever lost 81-80 after nearly pulling off a 17-point comeback win against Paige Bueckers and the Wings.

Cunningham and the Indiana squad will look to get back in the win column on Friday as they’ll face the Washington Mystics.
