A TWISTED nurse jailed for sexually assaulting her teenage stepson has split from her husband as grotesque new details about the abuse emerge.
Alexis Von Yates, 35, was sentenced last month to two years in state prison plus two years of community control.

The disgraced healthcare worker is now also a registered sex offender for the next decade.
She managed to cut a plea deal that let her dodge a possible life sentence for sexual battery by a person in familial authority.
Instead, she admitted to lewd and lascivious battery on a child between 12 and 16.
Von Yates was caught on July 26, 2024, when her husband, Frank Yates, allegedly came home from a night shift to find her naked under a blanket with his 15-year-old son.
The boy, reportedly a virgin, bolted to the bathroom with his pants around his ankles as Frank shouted, “What the f*** is going on?” and hurled objects in rage.
Von Yates, who later lost her nursing license, had allegedly spent the week before the assault making sexual jokes, telling the teen she was “horny,” and referencing “stepmom pornography.”
Police records say she even called him her “little boy toy” after a gym trip and said his genitals reminded her of his father’s.
According to the teen’s testimony, she cornered him in the living room while her two young children slept, kissed his neck, and assaulted him.
After Frank interrupted, she allegedly begged the boy to back up her story that she’d told him to stop.
He refused — but feared his father might “snap and beat him with a belt,” arrest affidavits state.
Frank reportedly drove his shaken son to the boy’s grandparents that night, lamenting that the teen had “ruined his life.”
The grandparents discouraged reporting the abuse to his biological mother.
It wasn’t until October — three months later — that Frank sent an anonymous tip to police.
Von Yates was arrested in November and later stripped of her nursing license.
By the time of sentencing in September 2025, the couple’s marriage had collapsed.
Court records show Von Yates disclosed she and Frank have separated since the incident.
The pair wed in 2017 and share two young children.

In court, the boy’s biological mother unleashed fury at the former nurse.
She branded Von Yates a “coward,” an “incestuous pedophile” who showed “no remorse,” and said her boy had been “let down and harmed by those who should’ve protected him.”
“I am angry, I am hurt, at times it makes me physically ill,” the mother told the court.
“But I, like [my son], will rise above. Despite all the trauma inflicted upon him, he still has a beautiful life to look forward to.”
Judge Timothy McCourt accepted the plea to spare the now-16-year-old from testifying, citing concerns for his mental health.
