‘Spying’ devices found from Malaysians-Chinese nationals in Cebu

NBI-Cybercrime Investigation and Coordination Center said the devices were from two Malaysian-Chinese nationals disguising as tourists but were allegedly involved in the “distribution and usage of illicit transceivers.”
