Suitcases of money delivered to Romualdez, Zaldy Co houses: staff

A staff member of Ako Bicol Party-list Rep. Zaldy Co said he was ordered in various instances to deliver “basura,” or suitcases containing money to Co and House Speaker Martin Romualdez, as their portions from the anomalous flood control projects.
