SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Court documents are providing new details into the assault investigation at the 8th Street Bridge this week.
On Tuesday, Sioux Falls police announced 45-year-old Jubal Rider Rattler was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after officers found a 39-year-old woman unconscious.
According to court documents, Rattler pushed the victim off a retaining wall at the 8th Street Bridge and the victim has life-threatening brain bleed injuries.
Rattler was booked into the Minnehaha County jail on Tuesday afternoon.
Bond for Rattler has been set at $100,000 and his next court appearance is set for July 17.
