An artist from Tagum City on Saturday brought home P100,000 after winning the top prize in the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Inc.’s (FFCCCII) TikTok video competition that sought for creative pieces showcasing relations between the Philippines and China.
