TAMRA Judge is threatening not to come back to RHOC next season after rival Gretchen Rossi made claims that she ‘had an affair’ with a boy band singer.
The reality star apparently is hesitant on coming back again if her nemesis also returns, a Real Housewives of Orange County insider exclusively told The U.S. Sun.

The decision, as well as Tamra, 58, considering legal action, was made after Gretchen’s comments in the latest episode of the Bravo show.
While Tamra and some of the other ladies were on a winery trip to Temecula, CA, Gretchen went on a shopping spree in Beverly Hills with co-stars Heather Dubrow and Emily Simpson.
Thursday’s episode showed Gretchen gossiping to Heather and Emily about Tamra’s personal life when she made a bombshell claim.
Gretchen claimed that more than a decade before, Tamra allegedly had an affair with a singer who was in a boy band.
It seems that was the final straw for Tamra, who is furious that her nemesis continues to speak ill about her.
“Tamra won’t stand for being lied about and damn well won’t stand for lies spread about her family.
“When Gretchen announced she was coming back, Tamra was excited because she cares about making the best show possible above all else.
“Turns out that little reality dream has been a nightmare,” a source claimed.

They continued: “It’s at the point now where Tamra may have to give production an ultimatum.
“Because as of right now, if Gretchen comes back next season, Tamra wants nothing to do with it. She’s made that clear [with producers.]
“Tamra wants to focus on her marriage and her healthy friendships outside the show. But you know Tam, never say never when it comes to her show.
“She is the show, but she’s so much more outside of the TV screen too.”
In addition to being willing to step away from the show, Tamra is also considering legal steps she can take to protect herself from more public gossip.
“Tamra has already talked with her attorneys about pursuing legal action against Gretchen and the claims she continues to make against her and her family.
“She is having a meeting with her legal team on Monday and will go over all of her options.
“She didn’t want it to get to this but Gretchen won’t keep her mouth shut and is spreading lies,” they source claimed.

Tamra herself hinted at taking legal action during a Q&A on her Instagram Stories on Friday following the episode airing.

When a fan asked her if cast members are allowed to sue other co-stars for defamation, Tamra wrote: “Let’s just say I have a meeting with my attorney on Monday.”
In a separate post, a fan outright asked Tamra if she wanted to come back to the show after the “brutal” treatment she’s been getting.
“The amount of s**t talking about me behind my back by EVERYONE is gross. I was going through a really hard time back then emotionally.
“I was trying my hardest to put one foot in front of the other. Thank you Teddi Mellencamp for showing me what a good friend is.
“Love you so much,” she wrote as a shoutout to her podcast co-host and best friend, Teddi, who is currently battling cancer.
