The Target customer, called Kat, recently aimed at Target customers for how they leave the aisles when they leave.

In the video, she showed a clothing section at Target, which had items in a complete mess.

Clothes were left crumpled on the floor, tossed onto racks, and the hangers were also left behind.

Kat captioned the video: “Customers have no respect”.

In the comments of the clip, employees revealed the struggle they have to keep the store tidy after a customer walks through it.

Many comments said that Target employees will have their folding work undone by shoppers who have no regard.

One comment said: “I work at target and I can’t tell you how many times I’ll fix something and someone who clearly saw me refold/rehang everything will undo everything with no empathy.”

Someone else added: “Target wants to push too much out and people are rude.

“Staff is tired and underpaid. I worked at a Target that looked like this all the time it was gross.”

And a third chimed in: “It’s the customers, they should almost leave it and show the people that it’s not the employees.”

This was agreed upon in a separate comment, too: “Some people genuinely don’t care, my past retail jobs have looked this way before because people lack manners.”

DRESS MESS

Meanwhile, another comment complained that it isn’t just the store floor that is left in a mess, but also the dressing rooms.

They added: “Dont get me started on dressing rooms.

“I actually applaud stores like Ross for having someone work the fitting rooms and stand there supervising bcs I wish my retail store did that.

“Nobody supervises the fitting rooms and customers will walk in with their carts/10+items.”

The US Sun has contacted Target for comment on the TikTok video, but did not hear back immediately.

MASSIVE EXPANSION

Target has confirmed that it will be opening 48 new stores across 22 states.

Texas and Florida will both be receiving six new stores, tied for the highest number.

Target‘s website says:

“From the Big Apple to the California coast and in between, our stores are at the center of how we serve our guests.

“And that’s why we’re continuing to invest in new stores in neighborhoods across the country.

“We’re always exploring locations for new stores. But how do we decide where to open a new Target next?

“We look at a number of factors, like how we can best meet a community’s needs, site constraints, other area Target stores and more.

“And each step of the way, we work closely with local officials and guests to develop stores that truly make shopping easy, inspiring and affordable.”
