TEEN Mom: The Next Chapter star Kayla Sessler has revealed she’s pregnant again.
Reality TV star Kayla announced the surprise news that she’s set to welcome her second child with on-again off-again boyfriend Ryan Leigh.

In the sweet video shared on social media, the former Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant star told fans: “Our final addition,” alongside a white heart emoji.
The sentimental footage shows Kayla, Ryan and the family dressed in matching all-white outfits.
Set to touching music, the expectant mum can be seen cradling her blossoming bump in the wedding-inspired water shoot.
The 26-year-old MTV star can then be seen revealing her ultrasound scan pictures to Ryan – who then gives her a kiss on the cheek.
Kayla and Ryan – who have reunited after a split – are set to welcome their second child together.
One follower referred to Kayla’s ‘final addition’ Instagram caption and commented: “You said that last time, but congratulations.”
A second added: “This is probably one of my favourite pregnancy announcements.”
“Exciting!! One thing about Kayla, she makes beautiful babies,” praised a third.
Another user queried: “I thought they broke up?”
The new baby will follow the couple’s youngest son Zyaire Jaxon, 18 months.
Kayla previously welcomed son Izaiah Cole, 7, with ex Stephan Alexander.
The star then moved on with Luke Davis. The pair – who endured a rocky relationship – share six-year-old Ariah Jordynn.
Ryan is also dad to son Zander Leigh, 9, from a previous relationship.
Speaking about the relationship between two of her exes, she told fans in January 2024 on YouTube: “Luke and Ryan actually get along fine.
“They’re not friends or anything like that, but Ryan had reached out to Luke letting him know, ‘I respect you as the kids’ dad.
“‘I know we’ve had our issues but let’s move past them.’ They hashed it out and now they’re fine.”
The young TV mum broke down in tears in 2021 as she reflected on her abortion following ex Luke Davis’ cheating scandal.
Kayla opened up about her decision to have a termination during the season finale of Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant.
In a previous episode, Kayla hinted that she also cheated on Luke with her ex Ryan on Thanksgiving.
She noted her brief affair with her ex Ryan was a “mistake” but “not as bad” compared to what Luke had done.
