TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans and ex David Eason are officially divorced after a tumultuous seven-year marriage and bitter separation.
The divorce comes over a year after Jenelle initially filed court papers in February 2024.
A court clerk told The U.S. Sun “Their divorce has been granted and the judge will be signing off on that order later today.”
The clerk noted that despite their marriage being over, the former couple are still fighting over custody and other matters.
“They already have an existing case, so all of that will be heard still,” the clerk added.
A source close to the case told The U.S. Sun that Jenelle was not in court to receive the news, as her attorney appeared on her behalf.
On the certificate of absolute divorce or annulment, the date of marriage is noted as September 23rd of 2017 and the date of separation is February 16 of 2024.
The couple share one daughter, Ensley, who they are currently fighting over for custody.
Last summer, the former Teen Mom 2 star moved her and her 3 children across country to Las Vegas, and away from her ex David, who has remained in North Carolina.
