TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans was reported to CPS for ‘partying hard in Las Vegas’ with her OnlyFans star and best friend, Tori Rhyne.
Sources exclusively claim to The U.S. Sun that someone called Child Protective Services after Jenelle, 33, repeatedly left her two youngest children in the care of her troubled son, Jace, 16, while she was out partying.

“Tori moved into the house recently, and she’s expected to be staying there for a while, and they are constantly going out and partying together,” the insider claimed.
Jenelle has been posting about her Sin City escapades with her best friend Tori to social media over the past several days.
The source alleged about the younger kids’ child care lately, “Jenelle has left Kaiser and Ensley with Jace to go out on several occasions.”
“It’s gotten so bad that someone close to the family has contacted CPS,” the insider claimed.
In just the last 24 hours, the former Teen Mom 2 star posted photos of herself alongside Tori on a red carpet for Sin City Swim Week, and then a photo the next morning of her bandaged hand in bed.
She captioned the photo, “Still recovering from Omnia Night Club… Literally, I think I broke my hand/ wrist, had a great time thou,” while adding a laughing emoji and a facepalm emoji.
A few days ago, Jenelle posted other photos of herself partying it up with her fellow OnlyFans star friend in Vegas again, with the kids nowhere in sight.
Jenelle joined OnlyFans herself three years ago, on the heels of being fired from her MTV gig after her ex shot and killed their French Bulldog puppy, Nugget.
When contacted by The U.S. Sun for comment, Jenelle said, “That’s not true, I have a babysitter, I’ve had the same babysitter for a while, I use Care.com.”
Jenelle also said “CPS has not came to my house at all.”
The U.S. Sun also reached out to Clark County CPS for comment.
This would be at least the second time CPS has been involved with Jenelle’s home in Vegas.
On Tuesday night, Jace posted a series of texts between himself and Jenelle, where the teen told his reality star mom, “I don’t care about Kaiser and Ensley I care about my health and my living situation.”
Jace continued, “I don’t need you you don’t need me and I don’t understand why ur [sic] doing this just because I’m telling the truth ur [sic] crazy.”
Jenelle responded in the texts “Your [sic] the one saying you’re going to have my custody taken. F*** YOU”
After Jace posted the texts, in which he also appeared to reassert that he was strangled by Jenelle’s ex-husband, David Eason, and Jenelle again said he “lied about” it, the former MTV star took to Instagram and posted her response to her family drama.
She wrote, “Jace posting our private texts was his reaction to being rightfully disciplined,” she said before once again blaming his “medical diagnoses,” and then airing out that her son was in “trouble with the law these past few months.”
CPS’ INITIAL INVOLVEMENT
An insider previously exclusively told The U.S. Sun that Child Protective Services (CPS) had become involved in Jenelle’s household in the fall of last year, following a series of events involving authorities in Las Vegas.
On August 31, 2024, Jenelle’s boyfriend and former manager, August Keen (also known as Daniel Miranda), called 911 and accused her of physical abuse after reportedly consuming up to 12 drinks, The U.S. Sun confirmed.
CPS had been alerted after two separate incidents involving her sons, Jace, 16, and Kaiser, 10, at their respective schools in Las Vegas.
As previously reported by The U.S. Sun, Jenelle has had prior interactions with CPS in her home state of North Carolina.
The insider at the time revealed, “CPS is involved, and Jenelle doesn’t want any legal action against her. That’s partially why she suddenly sent Kaiser to his grandmother’s.”
Kaiser was briefly moved with his paternal grandmother, Doris Davidson, in Tennessee after an alleged incident at his school, though Jenelle quickly made an about-face in that decision after the news had broke that he was there.
The U.S. Sun has chosen not to disclose the details of the alleged incident.
Following this, CPS paid a visit to Jenelle’s rental home in Las Vegas.
NEW LIFE IN VEGAS
The MTV star relocated from North Carolina to Las Vegas after filing for separation from her ex-husband, David Eason, months after he allegedly strangled her oldest son Jace.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans met David Eason on Tinder in September of 2015.
Jenelle got pregnant in April 2016 and announced she suffered a miscarriage, then she became pregnant again with her and David’s daughter, Ensley, a few months later.
The pair got engaged in February 2017 and tied the knot that September.
A year after saying “I do,” Jenelle called 911 and accused David of assaulting her outside their home. She would later call the incident “a drunk and dramatic misunderstanding” and said she was “fine.”
In around May 2019, David shot and killed their French bulldog puppy named Nugget. Weeks after the incident, CPS took custody of all of the children, including their daughter, Ensley, Jenelle’s son, Kaiser, and David’s daughter, Maryssa.
When her children were returned to her, Jenelle fled to Tennessee with Kaiser and Ensley and filed an order of protection against David in October. She ultimately dropped the case and went back to him.
In the following years, the couple sparked split rumors as the pair would often unfollow each other on social media and update their Facebook relationship statuses.
As The U.S. Sun exclusively reported, on February 23, 2024, Jenelle filed for separation from David. She stated that she filed the documents with “the intent that the separation be permanent” and claimed that Eason had “exhibited concerning and at times disturbing behavior towards [her]” throughout their marriage.
While the alleged abuse incident happened back on September 28 of 2023, a court official told The U.S. Sun that the felony case against Jace’s 37-year-old stepdad is still on.
David, who shares Ensley with Jenelle and has two other children with two other former partners, was initially charged with misdemeanor child abuse in October of 2023.
Jenelle’s divorce from David was finalized last month, though the couple are still hammering out the details in court.
