TEEN Mom star Rachel Beaver’s mother has suffered a scary health crisis as the family pleads for help to cover medical expenses.
Rachel’s mother, Stephanie, appeared on episodes with her daughter when she starred on Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant.

The former TV star was recently rushed to the hospital, where she’s remained for the past three weeks due to a “really bad infection” in her colon, according to a GoFundMe page organized by her mother, Janice Bollen.
The post further explained that the MTV alum’s surgery was supposed to last four hours but took double that time as her condition was “much worse” than doctors initially thought.
As a result, Stephanie has “five holes and a very large C-section-sized cut in the lower part of her belly,” her mother wrote.
While the former TV personality recovers, personal and medical bills are mounting, and she has been unable to keep up.
Janice revealed that her daughter was forced to temporarily close her restaurant while in the hospital, stopping her income entirely.
She also noted that it would take four to six weeks for Stephanie to heal from her surgery, making it highly unlikely that she could reopen anytime soon.
As of this writing, only a handful of donations have been submitted, with $152 of the $ 10,000 fundraising goal obtained.
Rachel, 23, hasn’t appeared to post anything on Instagram about her mother’s condition since Stephanie’s hospital stay began, nor has she provided a link to the fundraiser following its creation earlier this week.
The young mom’s latest post on her feed was on August 8, where she shared a series of selfies showing off her blue and pink dyed hairstyle and slim figure in jean shorts and a skintight tank.
Rachel welcomed her second child in January 2024, joining her 6-year-old daughter, Hazelee, who was featured alongside her on Teen Mom.
“River Elliott Valentine Houp,” the Tennessee native captioned a post, including pictures of her sleeping newborn daughter.
Rachel shares the little one with her boyfriend and co-worker, Scott.
The father of Hazelee is her ex, Drew Brooks, who has gotten into quite a bit of legal trouble over the years.
Drew was arrested in April 2022 and charged with attempted homicide after allegedly stabbing a man in the stomach.

The U.S. Sun previously reported that Rachel’s first baby daddy was released from jail after accepting a plea deal on the case.
Drew was ordered supervised probation for two years thereafter and was forbidden from contacting the victim.
The teenage father has been primarily absent from Hazelee’s life, although he was seen a handful of times on the reality show.
In one episode, then-20-year-old Rachel told Drew that she no longer wanted him involved in their daughter’s life because he was constantly getting into trouble.
Not long after, Rachel decided to quit the show in late 2022 to focus on her mental health.
