The recipe features three simple ingredients that you may already have in your home.

If you don’t, they can easily be found at Dollar Tree.

The recipe calls for one cup of peanut butter, one egg and one cup of sugar.

Dollar Tree sells a 10 ounce container of Nature’s House Creamy Peanut Butter for $1.50.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

The Redditor said to combine all ingredients until they form into a dough-like consistency.

If the dough comes out sticky, consider placing it in the refrigerator to chill.

Roll the dough into balls and feel free to make the signature peanut butter cookie design by making crisscross designs with a fork.

It’s recommended to use parchment paper on a baking sheet so that the cookies don’t stick to the pan.

You can buy a two-pack of foil baking sheets at Dollar Tree for $1.75.

Parchment paper can also be found at Dollar Tree for $1.50.

With this recipe, the Reddit user said they made about 14 cookies.

The cookies can be baked at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

The social media user said they left their cookies in the oven for roughly 20 minutes because the dough came out thick.

While it can be annoying to have to wait for cookies to cool once they come out of the oven, there are benefits.
