Thousands displaced as Opong unleashes floods, landslides

More than 300,000 families, or 1.2 million individuals, have been affected by severe tropical storm Opong as of 6 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, said National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).
