In an email sent to all customers, Verizon said it would be cutting its loyalty program from September 1[/caption]

Some may also pull the plug on loyalty programs and other benefits.

Customers of Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T are now watching their bills with eagle eyes.

VERIZON

A Reddit post by Phone Arena revealed Verizon is making some changes to its pricing guidelines.

The post claims the following increases, which could take effect on September 1.

  • Administrative and Telco Recovery Charge will increase to $3.78 per voice line and up to $3.97 per line for data-only plan
  • Regulatory charge will increase from to 21 cents per voice line

The phone giant recently increased its activation fee from $35 to $40.

Moreover, Verizon also appears to be cutting its loyalty programs

A Reddit user notes they received a company email indicating a September 1 end to its loyalty program.

“They’re ending loyalty discounts, which was the only thing keeping me with Verizon,” one Redditor responded.

“Guess I’m gonna port out,” the poster added.

Some users also said they were notified that their tablet line fees were going up.

“Got this email informing my Tablet prices on my 3 year price protected Ultimate Ultimate Plan are being raised 5 bucks a month,” one Redditor posted.

T-MOBILE

Longtime T-Mobile customers were hit with a price increase back in April.

Those on legacy plans saw a $5-per-line increase.

It has mainly affected older legacy plans, and Go5G, Go5G Plus, and Go5G Next subscribers haven’t been subject to the price hikes.

T-Mobile says on its support account on X: “While most customers are not included, we’re wrapping up the price adjustments that began last year in response to rising costs.

“We are still committed to providing low prices and the most value across all plans.”

AT&T

AT&T has also been raising their prices, with about a $5 to $10 per-line increase depending on the amount of data on your plan.

Also, older plans have been subject to price hikes of about $5 or $10 per month as the company seeks to phase them out.

Also, AT&T has increases prices on its internet services, including their fibre plans.

CHECK YOUR IPHONE’S BATTERY USAGE

Here’s what you need to do…

You can see a quick overview of your battery level and activity by going to Settings > Battery.

Tap a time period to see your Activity graph for the last 24 hours, or a set number of days.

You can also see a list of apps that contributed to your battery usage.

And it’ll display the amount of battery that was used by each individual app.

You can see how long each app was in use on the screen, as well as in the background.

Apple explains that you might see the following usage types:

  • Background Activity means that most of the app’s battery usage — such as playing music or tracking location — happened while the app was in the background.
  • No Cell Coverage and Low Signal means that your device was searching for a signal or being used with a low signal.
  • Connected to Charger means the app was used only when your device was charging.

If you’re worried about battery life and can’t get to a charger right away, consider turning Low Power Mode on to preserve it.

You can find this feature in your battery settings.
