SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Severe weather and a tornado impacted homes near Kadoka Saturday night.
According to the Kadoka Volunteer Fire Department, a tornado destroyed multiple structures south of Kadoka and some minor injuries related to the storm have been reported.
“Our thoughts are with those that have been impacted,” the fire department said in a social media post.
According to the Oglala Sioux Tribe Public Safety Facebook page, a tornado south of Kadoka impacted several homes.
Tornadoes also touched down in northeastern South Dakota near Clear Lake area Saturday night.
