Torre vs Duterte?: PNP chief accepts Baste fistfight challenge for ‘charity’

Philippine National Police Chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III has accepted the challenge of Davao City Vice Mayor Sebastian Duterte to a fistfight, proposing it be turned into a charity match for victims of the weather disturbances.
