KOPARI’S Sun Voyage SPF Kit is a favourite among beauty fans when the weather heats up.
But it also doesn’t come cheap – and will set you back a whopping $99.

Trader Joe’s have dropped a $14.99 sunscreen set that’s perfect for the hot weather[/caption]
However, if you’re a fan of the three-pack kit, you need to head to your local Trader Joe’s.
As the store has dropped a dupe that’s just $14.99.
The “jet-setting tropical trio” pack contains Shimmer Oil Sunscreen spray, Shimmer Glow Stick Sunscreen, and After Sun Body Serum.
Similarly, Kopari’s contains their Sun Shield Body Glow Sunscreen, Sun Shield On-The-Glow Sheer Stick Sunscreen and Sunglaze Sheer Setting Mist Sunscreen.
Trader Joe’s says of their products: “The Oil and Glow Stick offer broad spectrum sun protection (SPF 30 and SPF 40, respectively) and leave behind a subtle, bronze shimmer (think dewy, not glittery).
“While the lightweight After Sun Serum soothes post-poolside skin with aloe, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid.”
The oil and serum both have a “nostalgic, warm coconut scent”, while the glow stick is fragrance free – meaning you can use it on the face and the body.
The kit, which will appear on shelves this month and next, comes in travel sizes so it’s perfect for taking on holidays too.
And those who’ve been lucky enough to already get their hands on the set have taken to Reddit to gush about how similar the TJ dupe is to the Kopari original.
“So using these right now in Hawaii over organic coola mineral!” one wrote.
“They are so cute but def layer!”
“Oh my god TJs made a dupe!? Yes please,” another shouted.
“Omg I love the stick from Kopari but I had no idea TJs had a dupe! Exciting!” a third said.
“I need this,” someone else wrote.
“I am not in the sun much, but I do wear sunscreen daily,” another added.
“This is definitely something I would put on if I’m going out and want extra shimmer/glow on top of my normal sunscreen.”
How does sunscreen prevent aging?
Dr. Michael Aziz, an internist and the author of the upcoming book The Ageless Revolution, revealed five habits of young-looking people.
“Sunscreen protects your skin by acting as a barrier against harmful UV rays,” Dr. Aziz told The U.S. Sun.
“There are two main types of sunscreen ingredients: mineral and chemical.
“Mineral ingredients like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide form a physical shield, reflecting UV light away from the skin.
“Without SPF protection, your skin may develop uneven pigmentation in an effort to shield itself from the sun’s rays, leading to potential sun damage such as sunspots and premature aging.
“Using sunscreen is essential to prevent this and maintain healthy skin.”
As for whether or not the smell of the set is too strong, another reviewer wrote: “It’s almost soapy, if that makes sense.
“It is not overwhelming at all.”
