TRAVIS Kelce dropped huge hints he was planning to propose months before popping the question to Taylor Swift, according to pals.
NFL player Travis and pop superstar Taylor, both 35, sent fans wild on Tuesday when they announced their engagement.

But sources close to the sportsman have insisted it didn’t come as a surprise to their inner circle.
One said: “Travis literally always said she’s the girl he’s going to marry.
“[He has] been saying that for a long time, really since the beginning.”
Speaking to the Daily Mail, they revealed that friends have been calling Travis ‘Mr Taylor Swift’ – a nickname he’s only too happy to have.
They claimed his response to the joke was: “I’ll be her other half. I’ll be the little lady.”
Travis is said to have asked permission from Taylor’s parents Scott, 73, and Andrea, 67, before proposing.
The insider added: “It was of extreme importance to do that, because he wanted it to mean something for everyone involved.
“This is a dream for him, and he knows that Taylor always wanted to get married.”
Taylor made the announcement on her Instagram page on Tuesday afternoon, with a carousel of photos from a beautiful garden with white flowers.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” she said.
Engagement rumors had swirled for months before Travis finally got down on one knee.
He is understood to have been eyeing diamond engagement rings worth hundreds of thousands for months.
Close-up photos show Travis gave Taylor a large cushion-cut diamond almost as wide as her finger encased in a beautiful gold band.
Taylor was dressed in a Polo Ralph Lauren dress with Louis Vuitton shoes for the proposal.
She paired a Cartier watch with her outfit.
Travis kept things simple, wearing brown loafers, grey shorts, and a black polo.
