TRAVIS KELCE has made a major change from the 2024 season at the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Hall of Fame-bound star had one of the worst campaigns of his career last season.

It finished in a dreadful Super Bowl loss that ended any hopes of a historic three-peat.
Andy Reid‘s team were smashed 40-22 by the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans in February.
However, the major change Kelce has made for 2025 is his impressive body transformation.
It is understood the 35-year-old has lost up to 25lbs for the forthcoming year.
He returned to the Chiefs minicamp on Tuesday and looked in solid shape.
Kelce has been spending the summer down in Florida with popstar sensation girlfriend Taylor Swift.
But he has been training since February, and keeping himself in playing shape.
According to reports, Kelce appeared slimmer in Chiefs training.
He is said to have been “moving well” during the workouts in Missouri.
Kelce performed conditioning drills in one of his first practices with the team in months.
And his hard work away from the field seems to be paying off, with the weight loss drop.
“He played a little heavier in 2024, it was sort of a thing,” said ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
“He vowed to change it and he has.
“As we have talked about before, this could be the last dance here for him, mid-30s, still a productive player.

“They want to go to him on third down but declining a little bit.
“So he is trying to be slimmer and has gone hardcore this offseason to make it work in what could be his final season.”
There were fears Kelce struggled last season due to his high-profile life outside of the NFL.
His relationship with Swift, along with new brand deals, and jet-setting life were said to be factors.
The tight end’s stats seemed to back that up with only three touchdowns in the 2024 regular season.
He also had an awful Super Bowl, alongside his legendary quarterback teammate Patrick Mahomes.
But he has kept a low profile this offseason, bunkering down with Swift in his $20 million mansion.
