UST Civil Law dean proposes solution to impeachment debate

Nilo Divina, the dean of the UST Faculty of Civil Law, is proposing a solution to the ongoing debate on whether or not the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte can carry over to the 20th Congress.
