Vico Sotto, Joy Belmonte sign partnership with ICI to help flood control probe

Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto and Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, co-convenors of the Mayors for Good Governance (M4GG), signed a partnership agreement with the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) on Tuesday.
