There is an emerging consensus among some senators to convene the impeachment court for the trial of Vice President Sara Duterte on August 4 — a week after President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s 4th State of the Nation Address on July 28, Sen. Joel Villanueva said Wednesday.
