SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Wagner man is behind bars, charged with second-degree murder.
42-year-old Donald Cournoyer, Jr. is accused of killing a man in Charles Mix County on June 18th.
Cournoyer wasn’t charged with the crime until this month.
According to court documents, the victim was 31-year-old Tyler Provost.
