SOME Walmart customers have been left fuming after their refunds were allegedly refused by the retail giant.
Two shoppers are claiming to have lost serious money in separate transaction incidents, and are demanding swift resolution.

The first customer claimed that Walmart has refused to refund “over $500” despite returning the unwanted item.
“@Walmart do better, I returned a over $500 item,” explained a fuming consumer, Min, in a post on X this month.
“You stated that you got it but refuse to give me a refund me.”
“Walmart Marketplace sucks. I want my money,” they snapped.
The exact details, including the product that was allegedly returned, remain unknown, but Walmart responded swiftly to the complaint.
“We want to make sure this gets looked into,” the company replied.
“Can you please send us a DM with more details?”
Min didn’t respond, and it’s unclear if the situation has since been resolved, but they aren’t alone in their refund struggles.
The U.S. Sun contacted the customer for more information on their claim but is yet to hear back at the time of publication.
NOT ALONE
A separate post from a shopper named Kash detailed frustrations with Walmart’s delivery service, claiming they did not authorize a $15 transaction and never got their order.
“Charged my card $15 extra on a different transaction last night, didn’t even delivery my order, I had to cancel the whole thing…” they explained.
“Got my money back for the order, but not that extra $15 charge, like what did you buy with my card?”
Again, Walmart was quick to the scene, requesting more details to help the shopper out.
Except, the customer wasn’t willing to listen.
“No thanks, I’m sick of needing yalls help with orders and it just gets worse,” Kash wrote.

Still, Walmart urged the shopper to provide the information as they were “committed to helping resolve this.”
The US Sun has contacted Kash and Walmart for additional details but is yet to hear back.
TIP TURMOIL
It wouldn’t be the first time that the retail giant has faced accusations of lost refunds or added charges recently.
For example, a fellow consumer, Nick, claimed that he was charged an over $51 tip for a Walmart delivery driver that he never authorized.
“@Walmart are you in the habit of stealing my money and giving a driver a $50 tip?” he questioned on X.
Included was a screenshot of the online order receipt, and it showed an itemized “driver tip” of $51.07.
Walmart did not respond to The US Sun’s request for comment at the time.
Last month, a shopper, Debra, also revealed a receipt on Facebook where they were charged an extra $120.49 as part of a “location surcharge.”
It bumped their total grocery bill up to $158.21 instead of around $40.
REAL REASONING
There is a reason for this charge, however, as explained on Walmart’s website.
“Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and Overseas Locations: Items that Walmart sells and ships have added shipping fees when we ship to these locations,” it reads.
“You can check the shipping fees for the item by adding it to the cart. There will be a separate line in the Payments section for this fee.”
While this fee is explained and accounted for in only select situations, some Walmart shoppers have claimed it “makes orders untenable” and are opting for competitors like Amazon.
Walmart also issued a defiant pledge recently as it confirmed another store closure for October 2.
Employees at the retail giant even spilled the truth on a “tag” change as some stores start backtracking their decision.
