WALMART has told a shopper to skip coming to their store completely after they had trouble in the parking lot.
The retailer instead offered an alternative to the irritated customer, promising to save them the exact struggle they had complained about.

On the social media platform X, one disgruntled Walmart shopper hit out at the “hell” he faced at the parking lot.
The customer was unable to find a space at what he felt was a reasonable time.
The complaint said: “I try not to go out after noon bc why the hell was there no parking at Walmart, 2pm on a Monday.”
In the replies to the post, instead of offering a complaint form for the customer, Walmart went a different way.
The retailer simply wrote back, “Skip the trip. Have it delivered”, leaving a link to the delivery page on the website.
This page details everything members can get, including unlimited same-day delivery and average savings of $800 per year.

A new perk includes free delivery from the pharmacy, as well as same-day delivery on prescriptions with no minimum order fee.
Other perks include savings on fuel, pet and auto care, mobile scan & go and early access to Walmart deals.

Walmart customers can now enjoy exclusive access to all products from the technology company Vizio.
Vizio sells a range of TVs and other related equipment.
This is thanks to a deal for the company in December 2024 worth an eye-watering $2.38 billion.
This means that only Walmart can sell Vizio products, taking access away from rivals Target and Best Buy.
