THE Kansas City Chiefs have suffered the worst possible news over Xavier Worthy’s injury.
The wide receiver lasted just three plays of the AFC West giants clash against the Los Angeles Chargers.

He was forced out of the game on the opening drive of their loss on Friday night in Brazil.
Worthy was in the middle of a rout when he collided with his own Chiefs teammate Travis Kelce.
The 22-year-old smashed to the floor before medics rushed onto the field to help the stricken star.
He was helped to the sidelines before going back to the locker room and being ruled out.
Now, the diagnosis of his injury has been revealed days later.
Worthy has suffered a dislocated shoulder, according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport.
It is understood he is still undergoing more tests.
He could still require surgery, which would all-but rule him out for the entire season.
However, the Chiefs hope he can come back wearing a brace this year.
Examinations this week should give Andy Reid the full extent of his problem.
Losing Worthy would be the worst possible start to the Chiefs campaign.
They lost 27-21 to the Chargers in Sao Paulo.
It was an awful beginning to the year for Patrick Mahomes and Co.
