In the upcoming episode, Armaan (Rohit Purohit) feels guilty and bends down in front of Abhira (Samridhii Shukla). Joining his hands and crying, Armaan bags sorry from Abhira. Abhira asks him what he is doing now, and Armaan tells her that he wants to apologize for the mistakes he has made. Armaan highlights that he has done a big injustice to her, and Abhira questions if it’s related to Geetanjali and Maira. Armaan then goes to reveal Maira’s true identity – will he be able to speak the truth?
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today’s Written Update (Episode 1699)
Today’s episode begins with Geetanjali deciding to leave while Abhira asks Anshuman if he doesn’t want to meet Armaan. Geetanjali leaves Abhira’s house, while Abhira tells Anshuman not to care about her life, as she can offer him only friendship in return for his love for her. Abhira comes home, where Kaveri gets worried and asks Armaan about Geetanjali. Abhira questions Kaveri about her and Armaan’s secret conversation; meanwhile, Vidya arrives.
Soon, Geetanjali and Anshuman also come, leaving Abhira shocked. Kaveri and Armaan are tense, and then heavy rain starts pouring in. Geetanjali and Anshuman decide to leave, but they are left with no choice as all the roads are blocked and no service is available. Kaveri asks Geetanjali and Anshuman to stay in the house. Everyone becomes awkward, while Armaan is jealous of Anshuman’s affection for his family. Taniya discovers Krish’s cheating, but he manipulates her.
Later, Armaan talks with Maira on a call with Geetanjali, which hurts Abhira. Geetanjali comes to accompany Abhira in cooking, but Abhira doesn’t allow it. As Abhira helps Anshuman, Armaan gets jealous and screams, leaving everyone shocked. Armaan and Abhira look uncomfortable seeing each other with someone else.
