WHO doesn’t love digging in to some tasty tacos from Chipotle?

But did you know you could be spending a whole lot more money on the fast food staple than you need to?

This comes as one foodie revealed her little-known trick for bagging way more tacos and shaving almost half off your bill.

So, what’s the secret?

According to the food fan behind the Facebook account HealthyJunkFood, you should never order tacos from Chipotle at all.

That might sound confusing, but the reason makes so much sense.

While three chicken tacos will set you back $9.32, you can order something else and still enjoy the same meal for less.

With the foodie’s hack each taco works out at just $1.20.

Here’s how to order: start by asking for one chicken bowl with soft shell tacos on the side.

“They sell them for 50cents for three and one bowl can make 12 tacos,” the foodie explained.

She suggested asking for more rice and beans in your bowl, which they don’t usually charge extra for.

Then add the fajita veggies to your bowl, and get all the toppings on the side.

You can then spoon your bowl evenly into each taco and add on the extras like salsa, lettuce and sour cream.

“£12 tacos usually cost $37.28, my order came to $14.15,” the foodie shared.

After sharing the hack fellow food fans were impressed by the money-saving trick.

One said: “Love this, gonna try.”

A second agreed: “Nice trick, but I think the price of shells on the side has gone up.”

Others weren’t totally convinced by the hack though and said they’d stick to making tacos at home instead to save their hard earned cash.

“There’s no way those sides filled 12 tacos, I call BS,” one said.
