Zaldy Co’s lawyer says ‘not surprised’ by speedy filing of flood control cases

Former congressman Zaldy Co’s legal counsel, Attorney Ruy Rondain, showed no surprise over the filing of graft and malversation cases at the Sandiganbayan against his client in relation to alleged flood control project anomalies.
